This policy explains how Egrocify (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on creators.egrocify.com (“the Portal”). It follows the same standards we use across Egrocify properties, including our Seller privacy policy.
1. What we collect
We collect account details needed to run the creator program, process payments, and provide support — including name, email, phone, city / delivery address, and login credentials.
Depending on how you use the Portal, we may also process:
- Social profile handles and follower / engagement metrics you link for tier and campaign matching
- Campaign submissions, proofs, chat with admins, and referral activity
- Payout details you provide (e.g. bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) to send earnings
- Payment references and subscription status (we do not store full card numbers on application servers)
- Basic device / log data used for security, fraud prevention, and reliability
2. How we use data
We use this information to:
- Create and secure your creator account
- Approve applications, match cities, and run campaigns
- Process platform subscription payments and wallet payouts
- Credit referral and milestone rewards per program rules
- Send operational notices (OTP, approvals, payouts, campaign updates)
- Improve the Portal and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal data. Campaign content you publish for Egrocify may be used as described in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Payments
Payment information is processed through secure gateways such as Bank Alfalah and other partners we enable. We do not store full card details on application servers.
4. Sharing
We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Portal (hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payment processors) under contracts that limit use to providing those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Egrocify, creators, or the public from fraud or harm.
Assigned PR / staff accounts may see creators linked to their referral codes to support onboarding — not your payment card data.
5. Retention & security
We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and as needed for payouts, disputes, legal, and audit purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records (for example payment proofs or completed payouts) may be retained where we must keep them for compliance.
You can update profile and payout details in the dashboard where those fields are editable. You may also close your account by emailing us — subject to any open campaigns or pending balances we need to settle.
7. Children
The Portal is intended for creators who can lawfully enter contracts in Pakistan. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for this program.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
