By creating an account or using creators.egrocify.com (“the Portal”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Egrocify (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate name, email, phone, city tags, and social profile details. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or violate campaign rules.
2. Creator program
The Portal connects creators with Egrocify campaigns (awareness, vouchers, vendor/reseller onboarding, premium slots, and related programs). Campaign briefs, scripts, posting rules, and compensation models are described in-product and may change as campaigns evolve.
Admin approval, city matching, and sequential unlocks are required before certain stages. Completion of one campaign does not guarantee acceptance into the next.
3. Platform subscription
After approval, activating the creator dashboard may require a annual platform subscription fee (per year) for campaign tools as shown at checkout. Fees, tier pricing, and included benefits (such as Expo VIP Pass) are displayed before payment.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery of digital access is described in our Shipping Policy.
4. Content & conduct
You grant Egrocify a non-exclusive license to use campaign content you publish for Egrocify (including resharing for marketing) while you remain in the program, unless a campaign brief states otherwise.
Do not post misleading claims, hate, illegal content, or spam. Do not misuse vouchers, referral links, or invite systems. Violations may result in removal from campaigns and forfeiture of pending rewards tied to the violation.
5. Earnings & payouts
Earnings are not guaranteed. Amounts depend on approved submissions, campaign terms, referral rules, and completed eligible activity. Payouts to Egrocify wallet, bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa require valid payout details and may take processing time after approval.
6. Referrals
Referral rewards follow the settings shown in your dashboard. Your personal signup link tracks invites via your referral code. Abuse (fake signups, self-referral rings, misleading promotions) may void rewards.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through secure gateways such as Bank Alfalah and other partners we enable. We do not store full card details on application servers. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The Portal is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Egrocify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or downtime beyond restoring reasonable access or refunding a fee where our Refund Policy expressly allows it.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-dashboard notice.
