Egrocify Creators is primarily a digital creator portal. Most products and benefits are delivered online — not as physical parcels.
1. Digital delivery
Platform subscriptions, campaign unlocks, scripts, briefs, referral tools, and dashboard access are delivered instantly to your creator account after successful payment and admin approval where required.
There is no physical shipping for digital access. You can use your account at creators.egrocify.com as soon as activation is complete.
2. Expo VIP Pass
The Free Expo VIP Pass included with platform activation is a digital pass (QR / pass page) shown in your dashboard. It is not mailed as a printed ticket unless Egrocify announces a separate physical event kit.
Present the digital pass at the Egrocify creator Expo lounge for entry, early briefs, and priority support as described on your pass.
3. Physical materials (if any)
If Egrocify ever ships physical creator kits, merchandise, or event materials, delivery details (address, city, estimated timeline) will be confirmed in writing before dispatch. Standard Pakistan courier timelines apply and may vary by city.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and phone number. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may require a re-shipment fee.
4. Campaign content & vouchers
Campaign assets, voucher codes, and city-matched briefs are issued digitally inside the portal. They are not shipped. Lost access due to account issues can be restored via support after identity verification.
